We make every day life a little better for people in poverty by delivering key services directly to Scottish communities.
Discover what we do below.
As our support is focused on making every day life better for people living in poverty, our services are there to deliver comfort, support and essentials to people when they need it most.
We have four programmes that we run to support people in various ways.
Manorview Communities
We organise and host FREE community sessions in some of Scotland’s most deprived areas - including weekly sessions for parents and toddlers, young people and adults in North Lanarkshire. All sessions include free food and drink to ensure anyone experiencing food poverty is supported.
Manorview Pathways
With an aim of helping people out of poverty, we help individuals find employment through support, mentoring and workplace opportunities. We also mentor young people still in education who often don’t have positive role models in their lives, and host schools at Manorview Hotels so they can get a flavour of hospitality careers.
Manorview Roots
We get into the roots of Scottish communities to offer help to people when they need it most. This includes providing meals to the homeless and getting essential supplies like Children’s winter coats to families in need.
Manorview Moments
We organise and deliver amazing, fun and memorable moments for people experiencing poverty. From family days out, to women’s lunches or granting personal wishes, we love to make these moments happen. Every Christmas, we work with Manorview Hotels to deliver FREE christmas parties with food, games, Santa and gifts to underprivileged children. To date. we’ve hosted 6000 kids.
The impact so far…
We started our journey just a few years ago, but we’re just getting started! Take a look at some of our biggest achievements to date, made possible with the support of our funders and volunteers.
Over 6,000 kids have enjoyed a free Christmas party with a meal, gift, Santa visit and games.
3000+ meals have been provided to the homeless.
We’ve had 8,750+ visits to our community sessions and workshops.
How you can support us
Fundraising
Whether you’re walking, running, holding a bake sale or coffee morning, or doing something daring and adventurous, fundraising for Manorview Foundation would help us reach more people and have more impact.
Donating
We’d be grateful for any donation you can make – no matter the amount. £5 can pay for a child to have a meal at our community hub.
Gifting
We’re grateful to receive gifts of goods and services to support our charity. This has previously included warm clothes for kids, bedding and high chairs for babies, and food to prepare meals for people.
Working in partnership
We can’t make a difference all on our own. We are grateful and delighted to work with like-minded organisations and charities. This helps us reach people in need, and gather our resources to make a bigger impact.
If you have an organisation that’s committed to supporting people in hardship or poverty, and are interested in working alongside us, please get in touch.
“The parent and baby group has made such a difference to us, we love attending. It’s much better than the others. The chat is real and I feel so welcome!”

“I joined the art group. I don’t get out much because of poor mental health, but love the fact it’s free and there’s no judgement. I’ve been supported with food too, which makes a difference.”
Community session user, Coatbridge
“My daughter is so happy to attend the youth sessions and make friends, and it really takes the pressure off having to find something fun that’s also free.”
