March Impact Report
As we begin April, we’re reflecting on the impact our charity had in March. Thank you to our team, volunteers, funders and supporters, partners and Manorview Hotels for the continued support - all of you ensure we can make this happen. In March, we delivered 1,047 acts of kindess through our charity work. Find out more about it, below.
321 Community Sessions in Coatbridge
We had 321 visits to our free community sessions in Coatbridge. From Parent & Baby to youth groups and beyond, we loved welcoming people to our sessions.
350 Meals for the Homeless
Served to the homeless community in Glasgow, who continue to need our support.
60 Hygiene Boxes distributed
We distributed a further 60 free essential hygiene products to families in need in the North Lanarkshire area. These were distributed to people supported by Monkland’s Women’s Aid, those at Coatbridge College, and users of Routes to Work.
100 treat pack items distributed
Light snacks and treats were distributed to the homeless in Glasgow.
Hospitality employment session
10 young people visited The Torrance Hotel in East Kilbridge for a hospitality employment taster.
Mentoring Sessions
We delivered 5 mentoring sessions to young people in need. Thanks to MCR Pathways who help to arrange this for high school students.
Bothwell Futures & Manorview Foundation Youth SVQ Awards
We hosted 60 people at this event held at The Torrance Hotel.
